GROUP yoga classes
We offer a variety of different styles of yoga classes for everybody. Allowing you to bring balance into your life.
Classes run for 1 hour, all bookings should be made online to secure your spot. If you prefer to drop in you can bring $20 correct cash or pay online if there is space available. Max. 15 students per class.

Availability: Emma is currently on Maternity Leave, facilitating occasional events, no regular classes until further notice
Trauma Sensitive Yoga: As a trained Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher I run regular courses in 6 or 8 week blocks. Please get in touch to be added to the waiting list for upcoming courses. I can also work alongside psychologists and other professionals to create a yoga program that is trauma informed for you to work on at home.
Yoga Therapy: Yoga Therapy is aimed at empowering you to find a range of yoga tools that can help you feel well. In Yoga Therapy what we do works alongside other practitioners that may involved in your health care e.g. physiotherapist, psychologist, medical professionals. If you have an injury, are feeling out of balance or would like to learn more about the many aspects of yoga, Yoga Therapy is for you.
Private Yoga: An individualised class allows you to receive advice and a personal practice that suits YOU. Private classes are suitable for anyone. If you wish you had a deeper understanding of how yoga can work for you, let's talk!
